Independent waterproofing inspections and quality assurance reports.
Waterproofing is hidden under tiles within days. We check it at the stages that matter, against the NCC and current Australian Standards, and give you a clear written report before it's covered up.

Pre-membrane
Substrate condition, falls to waste, outlets and preparation checked before any membrane goes down.
Membrane inspection
Thickness, upturns, bond breakers, penetrations and terminations measured against the standard and manufacturer specs.
Flood test witness
We attend and record the flood test, so you have independent evidence the area holds water.
Written QA report
Photo-documented findings, compliance notes and any recommended rectification, issued after the final inspection.
Inspected by a licensed waterproofer who installs these systems every day, and every report is backed by professional indemnity insurance.
WARRANTY
Backed by a written warranty of up to 15 years.
Every installation is covered by a written workmanship warranty of 7, 10 or 15 years. The length depends on the waterproofing product used, and your quote will confirm which applies to your job.
